First sorry for my englisch, but i can't write German.
You may answer in German, because i can read it ;)

I'm currently flying a t-rex 600E with ac-3x.
Now I'm going to buy a logo 6003d and use the ac-3x in it, and I'm wondering where you guys placed the ac-3x?

I could place it on the gyro platform, but I think the elevator servo would be in the way?

Pictures are welcome.

kind regards remie

Hi remie,

I guess since the black box of VBar fits, the other one will fit, too. Just bear in mind that the upper rc deck is not level in relation to the rotor disk but slightly tilted forward (if I'm not completely wrong ...). But that should be easy to check.

There should be a longer wiring harness available, so you could use the lower rc deck instead.

Regards

Eddi

Hello,
he is right, to put the AC-3X on the upper platform. So is guaranteed that one can help it also still. Just for the first flights that one is very important.

A lot of Greetings

Hi,

AC-3X fits right behind the elevator servo, but only if the cable-side is placed in tail direction.

I think the upper platform ist well leveled, only the front part of it isn't.

Thanks for the answers so far!

Would it be a problem when I mount the ac-3x of axis like in this picture?
or would the cables just co pas the elevator servo when I mount it in the center.

Hi remie,

its not necessary to place the gyro in center (not possible for tail and elev. axis ;)), only the axis directions have to be well aligned to 0°.

Mine is placed mostly like this:
http://www.rc-heli.de/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=16467&d=1213983448

I only put the cables going round the reciever an not between AC-3X and reciever, so they do not have contact to the AC-3X, caused in vibrations reduction to it.

My reciever is bigger, so i mounted it standing up.

greetings
Sebastian
