Kyle Dahl from Bakersfield, California, has been a US team pilot for Mikado since 2008. He began with LOGO 600, which had just been released at that time. At ag...e 14, he relied on the support of his father Dave, who has helped Kyle in various crucial ways, so that he was able to concentrate on developing his flying skills to outstanding levels over the years. Much practice and discipline lead Kyle to taking first place in the 2010 Xtreme Flight Championships at the young age of 16. This was Kyle-s first of several international successes in international competitions. At that time, electric models and flybarless systems weren-t as popular as they are now, so this title - won with an electric model with VBar inside - was a meaningful and encouraging success for Mikado. Over the years, Kyle became a pilot to be reckoned with at international competitions, and he won several more podium places. Among these, one of the most memorable is certainly his taking the title at 3D Masters 2012 in Venlo, Netherlands, with the brand-new LOGO 700. Kyle-s interest in Mikado always included learning about the mechanical aspects of our products. Because of this commitment he was able to test new items and to assist in developing new products.
