When designed properly, fuselages are very strong (as strong as fibreglass ones) - and lighter.

If you would want to reinforce them, you can always add fibreglass on the inside. But I generally don't see the point.

First, my english is poor, i hope i can express myself.

Since i print myself, its hard to believe a printed fuselage could be lighter and stronger than a glass fibre fuselage. The point is, actual law in Germany allows flying at 5kg takeoff weight in nearly any place, respecting the distance to indicated areas. I can build a 600 size Heli modell with detailled interior not exceeding this limit, using PET or glass fibre fuselage. Might be hard to stay below 5kg with multiblade Rotors...but using printed fuselage, maybe reinforcing it...might excced this limit. That would limit the places i clould fly it.

Despite of this, your Designs are awesome. Your skills are top notch!

Ich wusste nicht, dass man überall hinfliegen kann, wenn die Flugzeuge weniger als 5 kg wiegen.

Well, below 5kg you need "Kenntnis-Nachweis", a qualification you can get online by answering a couple of questions to proove You know the rules. In addition an assiguration wich covers modell flying. You could fly near any field or free space, respecting the rules to keep some distance to public places, airports, streets, houses, and so on....we call it "Wildfliegen"...its not that wild, in fact.

I appreciate to be able to enjoy flying a 600size scale modell nearly whenever i want, in "my place", without any membership in any organisation owning a modell airport.
But i am off topic now...so lets continue about CAD modelling.

0,4mm wall perimeter: ich kann natürlich in dieser Wandstärke drucken. Aber was wird das halten? Die PET Rümpfe in 250er Größe sind vermutlich robuster.... vielleicht ist das die Zukunft? Muss ich mir mal ansehen.

da ich im Moment anfange mit einem neum CAD Program zu Konstruieren ( Fusion ) und das komplett neuland gegenüber der Täglichen anwendungs Softwär ist
hab ich gestern mal mit was einfachem angefangen und das KST Servo gezeichnet.

Wer es gebrauch kann, Bitteschön

( endung .doc in .7z ändern )!
