Hey,
ich hab mal kurz eine Frage.Ich hab grade bestellt und hab mich grade gefragt,wie das mit der Haube usw aussieht.Bekommt man seperat eine Email wo man die Heckübersetzung und die Hauben Farbe angibt?

Hallo,

da hier ja sicher einige Verbrenner-Fans mitlesen ... Werde mir auch den Diabolo Nitro zu legen.

Bin auf der Suche nach einer Batterielösung für meinen Sullivan. Was findet ihr denn besser? Die bekannte Makita-Akku-Lösung oder den Lipo-Adapter? Ich denke, dass die Makita-Akku-Lösung handlicher ist und der Akku deutlich pflegeleichter. Und beim Paddler hat man wohl mehr Platz.

Ich habe einen 4S lipo dran.
Damit hat der Starter Leistung ohne Ende und das Akku muss ich nur alle paar Wochen laden.

Ich könnte zwar am Platz direkt am Tisch einstecken, aber mit einer Akkulösung ist man halt flexibler. Bin nur noch am Entscheiden, welche der beiden Varianten ich nehme. Bestellung ist aus Amiland.

Ich habe die Makita Akku Lösung hinten am Starter, nie wieder etwas anderes. Klein, gut in der Tasche zu verstauen und ein angenehmes handling.

Wie schaut es mit dem Drehmoment für einen 50er-Motor aus? Ist das dann nicht zu heftig für einen OS 50 bspw.?

Okay, danke für die Info. Dann werde ich den Adapter bestellen.

Ich werde aber als Akku den Makita BL1820 (2,0 Ah) nehmen statt dem BL1830 (3 Ah), denn dieser hat 200 g weniger Gewicht (statt 600 g) und wird auch ausreichen.

Laut Hersteller passen: BL1820, BL1830, BL1840 and BL1850.

Wird verschraubt:

�1.� You may cut the wires at a length of 2.5 inches to the negative far pole terminal and 2 inches to the near, curving the wires around in the machined pocket. Separating the wires will ease placement in the pocket. You will want to shave some of the raised plastic on the Sullivan back housing around the wires to facilitate the bend and fit into the pocket as it is a rather compact fit.

2. Remove the acorn/closed/domed nuts on the Sullivan front and back side plastic casings. Then remove the backside plastic housing and the Sullivan motor assembly screws from the back side. The nut is integral with the shaft and the front side metal motor casing is threaded. Flip the assembly screws over and run/screw them through the front side plastic housing and front side metal casing until they clear and the smaller shaft diameter allows the screws to be carefully pushed through exiting the backside metal motor casing. Then you can install the 10-24x.450� hex couplers provided on the reverse side inside the rear housing and add loctite if you wish. Then replace the backside housing and hold in place with tape (temporarily) if you wish.

3.� There are crimp connectors attached to the terminals which you can remove (pull off) and crimp or solder to your wires. Take care to connect them for proper directional spin of the starter motor.

4.� At this point you can attach the adapter to the Sullivan Housing using the .95� 10-24 cap screw and .75� 10-24 Countersinking cap screw provided.

5.� Slide the battery on and don't let it jump from your hand from the startup torque!

Was mich eher Interessiert ist das Thema der Hauben. Die Haube von Nick gefällt mir absolut nicht von der Form.
Bevor ich bestelle würde ich sehr gerne Bilder vom Nitro mit der Originalen Diabolo Haube sehen.
