Hello radu7,
we can discuss this in english too if this helps you more!

as i understand you had also to place the GND Pin to other PINs?! But thats not that importend because i had heard from GT5 where all pins on the TERM Ports are working... maybe this is indeed something about the HW version of the GT5 who knows...
important is that the gt5 Displays "GT5 Tool USB" as soon as you plugin and connect with the gt5 tools on the PC! Then you can firmware flash and also programm, edit, save and load config files!f
my FTDI board was on 3,3V jumped, but i guess this has also no meaning because we don't use the VCC Pins of the FTDI Board! Just the rx/tx and the GND pins!
I had a buddy who had also some trouble with a FTDI Board the issue was the USB port on his pc... he tried a different one and suddenly everything worked!
So the best bet is to trie a different USB or also USB Cable... last change if nothing works another PC!
You can easily check if the PC recognizes the FTDI dongle... inside the options menu press the detect button... when the dongle is connected to the pc and you pull it out than you should receive a message that says dongle disconnected, and when you plug-in then the com port should be set correctly! (in most cases i know about it become COM9, i tried this on different computers running Win8 and Win8.1)
oh just another hint... maybe you have some sort of virus scanner running thats blocking USB Connections...
hope this helps you!
